- Migrated a legacy healthcare website to a CMS-driven Next.js (App Router) and Tailwind CSS platform, redesigning the UI from Figma and adding lazy loading and cache components. Raised Lighthouse Performance from 73 to 90 and SEO from 75 to 100.
- Designed tag-based cache revalidation with Next.js Cache Components and a revalidation endpoint the backend calls on content changes, refreshing only the affected module without a rebuild.
- Built a configuration-driven form engine supporting 170+ forms with schema-based rendering, validation, and conditional workflows.
